You may have felt it before, after a long cry, a deep stretch, or a moment of shaking after something intense. The body has its own language for letting go. TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) is a simple, powerful way to access that wisdom.
Every month, we do an online session where you’ll learn how to safely activate this natural tremor response and begin building a relationship with your body’s own way of regulating and restoring itself.
This is not about pushing or fixing.
It’s about listening, allowing, and trusting what’s already within you.
In this session, we will:
Learn the foundations of TRE and how it supports the nervous system
Move through a series of gentle exercises to activate this internal massage in your body
Practice sensing, tracking, and staying present with your body
Explore how to integrate this into your own life in a way that feels safe and supportive
You might experience:
A softening of tension
A sense of calm or grounding
More space in your body and mind
A deeper connection to yourself
No prior experience is needed. Just an internet connection and zoom. You'll need a relatively safe and quiet space where you can stand and stretch comfortably in your room as well as lay down on a yoga mat. You'd want blankets and two pillows or blocks to support your knees.
