Discover the magic of culinary mushrooms! Inoculate your own mushroom log to take home, learn how to care for it and how to harvest mushrooms grown on your log.

In this workshop you will push mushroom spores into hardwood logs with culinary mushroom spawn such as shiitake and oyster mushrooms. Enjoy harvesting your mushrooms for years to come!

A Chef-prepared, mushroom themed farm lunch will be served. You will leave with knowledge about the fascinating world of fungi, your mushroom log and printed instructions on how to care for it, so it continues to fruit for 6 to 8 more years.
